How do I know you have received my order?
An automated email will be sent to you to notify you your order has been received
When will I receive my order?
Once payment has been fully processed your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. You will notified via email once the package has been sent. See Delivery Info
Can you send my order to a P. O. Box or Private Bag?

What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit/debit card payment at checkout or internet Banking. All items must be paid for prior to dispatch.
What is your Refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, if the order has been dispatched all ready. We will refund if our product is faulty or damaged, but we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please keep the packaging if the product has been damaged in the post.
What happens if I receive the incorrect items?
Please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the error. Do not open or damage the items to be returned.
How do I book items for hire?
Items for hire can be booked by emailing us at partyparty@backyardparty.co.nz or filling in the enquiry form on the relevant product page.
